Managing your Workflows

Goalify workflows are an incredible useful feature. A workflow can be a simple checklist, a well designed process you can follow in a step-by-step way or even an online course you complete in your own speed. All right from within the Goalify mobile app and Goalify web access.

Accessing a workflow

Open Goalify web access and switch to the Dashboard menu. Open the Workflows tab to access all workflows you have access to.

Active Workflows

This is a list of all your currently active workflows. Underneath each workflow header, you will find a list of all current todos.

All Workflows

This is a list of all workflows you ever worked on. You can use the filter options to find specific workflows more quickly.

New Workflow

Here you will find a list of workflows that you can start using when you need them. Only coaches using Goalify Professional can assign workflows to you.
