Account Settings
Using Goalify Professional you will have access to additional account settings, including managing your subscription details and providing extended contact details. This document will guide you through the different settings and what you need to be aware of.
Account
The Account tab provides you with details on your account details.
- Account
Provides the e-mail address that your current Goalify account is connected to.
- Log In Expires
Goalify Professional remembers your login credentials for up to 31 days. After 31 days you will be automatically logged out and asked to provide your Goalify account credentials to log in again. You may always choose to log out using the Log Out option from the account icon on the lower left corner of the application window.
- Marketing Consent
You can choose to opt in or out of our marketing information mailings at any time (marketing mailing). Please remember that this option does not affect messages that concern your account, subscription or other important account information (transactional mailing).
- Delete Account
Using this button you will be able to delete your current Goalify account. Be aware that this step CANNOT be undone and you will not be able to recover your account. All data you chose to share and any data connected to a Goalify Professional license will be lost. You will have to confirm this action twice.
- Log Out
Log out of your current browser session. This option does not affect log-ins from other browsers or your Goalify mobile app.
Contact
As an owner, you may choose to share additional contact information for your clients. These details are accessible to Goalify accounts connected to your teams. You should treat this data as publicly available.
Currently, only your full name, e-mail and phone details are shared with clients.
Use the Add Field button to choose to add additional fields.
Subscription
The Subscription tab provides you information about your current subscription details. Depending on your current subscription status you may have the following options:
Trial
If you are using our free 14-day trial you may choose to purchase a paid subscription using the green Buy Now button.
Paid Subscription
If you have purchased a subscription you may choose to customize your current subscription or to cancel your current subscription.
Owners on a team or corporate plan can purchase additional licenses to accommodate their needs.

Adjusting Additional Licenses
Use the plus and minus buttons to adjust the number of additional licenses you are paying for. You may downgrade additional licenses as long as these licenses are not currently consumed by a team or coach.
Please review any changes and the updated monthly payment estimate, before saving your changes using the blue Save Updated Plan! button. Additional licenses will be billed immediately and prorated when applicable. You need to provide your password to authorize the purchase.

Product Tiers
Goalify Professional provides three different monthly subscription tiers that you can choose from. Here are some quick details about each tier:
- Coach
This is the perfect plan for individuals who have a set of clients they want to empower. You have access to all the important features, and you don't have to pay for collaboration features that you might not need.
- Team
Our team plan lets you invite additional coaches to help you in your coaching endeavors. You also get access to the integrated team chat and all the advanced features. You can also choose to purchase additional coaching licenses if needed.
- Corporate
This plan is best if you need to support different groups of clients. With the ability to create multiple teams you can create separate coaching environments. This is the perfect solution if you are working with independent business mandates, or you need to model your corporate structure according stringent access permissions.
Upgrading
You can upgrade to a higher pricing plan at any time. We will prorate your new subscription price, avoiding any double charges.
Downgrading
You can downgrade to a lower pricing plan at any time. Make sure that you are not using any features that are not available on the lower pricing plan.
Canceling
You can cancel your active subscription at any time. You will not be refunded for already processed payments. While we do not delete any of your coaching data, most of the features will be locked and you will have only very limited access to your coaching data.
If you decide to purchase another subscription, your account will be unlocked.
Receipts
You can access all your receipts connected to this Goalify Professional account from the receipt tab. You will also receive each receipt via e-mail.
