Accessing Goalify

Goalify was developed to help you reach your goals and be more consistent. It’s a smart app that you can use to quickly, easily and effectively record any number of goals or other tasks that you’d like to accomplish. This document will guide you through your first steps when starting out with the Goalify mobile app and Goalify web access.

Goalify Account

Everyone using the Goalify mobile app or Goalify web access first needs to create a Goalify account. Goalify accounts can be registered with an e-mail address (i.e. a registered account) or unregistered (anonymous). If you want to access your Goalify data using web access, you need to use a registered account.

Using your Goalify account, you can do the following:

• Manage and track your personal goals, tasks & todos for free
• Work with a coach who uses Goalify Professional
• Become a coach yourself using Goalify Professional

Goalify Mobile App

The Goalify mobile app is a smart app that you can use to quickly, easily and effectively record any number of goals or other tasks that you’d like to accomplish. The Goalify mobile app is available free of charge on the App Store and Google Play.

To set up your free Goalify account using the Goalify mobile app, you first need to download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and you will see a login screen.

On the login screen, tap the Continue with E-Mail button. Type in your e-mail address, tap the Continue button and enter your first name. Tap continue and read the latest version of our Goalify User Agreement and our privacy policy. Agree to both documents and create your Goalify account by tapping the blue Accept button.

We will immediately send a verification from hello@goalifyapp.com to the e-mail address you provided. Enter the code shown in the e-mail in Goalify mobile app.

To register your account using the Goalify mobile app, open the main menu and switch to the Account dashboard. Tap the Register button on the top of the screen. You will have to provide your first name and e-mail address. Confirm your entry.

We will immediately send a verification from hello@goalifyapp.com to the e-mail address you provided. Enter the code shown in the e-mail in Goalify mobile app. Please check your spam folder if the message does not appear right away.

After successfully registering your Goalify account, it might take a few moments for the Goalify mobile app to reflect the registration of your account.

Goalify Web Access

Goalify web access provides access to your Goalify data using a desktop web browser. While most modern browsers are supported, we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Goalify web access is currently in beta and does not provide all of the features currently available on the Goalify mobile app.

When you create your Goalify account using desktop web access, you have to use a valid e-mail address that you have access to.

To create your account, choose the Continue with E-Mail option and follow the instructions.

You will have to accept the latest version of our Goalify User Agreement and our privacy policy. Please read both documents in full before agreeing.

You confirm the creation of your account by clicking the Continue button. We will immediately send a verification e-mail from hello@goalifyapp.com to the e-mail address you supplied. Use the included code in the e-mail to complete the registration process. Please check your spam folder if the message does not appear right away.

If you used the wrong e-mail address or you did not receive the verification e-mail, you can choose to change the address or correct any typing errors. Make sure to click the Cancel button to get back to the entry form.
