Can I evaluate Goalify Professional for free before purchasing it?

Yes, we offer a fully functional evaluation of Goalify Professional for a period of 14 days. When your evaluation expires, you can continue using our service by purchasing any of our monthly subscriptions.

Do I need a credit card for my free trial?

No, you do not need to register a credit card while evaluating Goalify Professional. You only need a valid e-mail address.

What happens after my free trial?

Towards the end of the trial we will e-mail you and ask if you want to purchase a subscription. If you feel ready to buy a paid plan, you can do so using a credit card or PayPal. If you choose not to purchase a paid subscription after your free trial period, we will lock your account. Most of the features will be automatically disabled at this point.

You can unlock your account after an expired trial period at any time by purchasing a subscription.

Do I need a subscription to use Goalify Professional?

Whether or not you will need to purchase a subscription to use Goalify Professional depends on your use case:

You do not need a subscription if you are invited by an owner account to join his/her team. Use the link from your personal invitation e-mail to activate Goalify Professional and join the respective team. If you did not receive an invitation, ask the team owner to invite you.

Here are some use cases when you will not need to create a subscription:

  • You are an employee, who will join a team of colleagues.
  • You are a team leader, who will become a coach on Goalify Professional as part of a company-wide initiative.

You do need a subscription if you want to create and manage your own clients and maybe even your own coaching staff. Depending on your subscription tier, you will be able to invite others to become coaches.

You will most likely want to create an owner account in the following cases:

  • You are an individual coaching, health or consulting professional, who wants to use Goalify Professional for empowering your clients, patients or business mandates.
  • You are a business owner, who wants to use Goalify Professional for coaching your employees or as part of your business strategy.
  • You are a team leader in a bigger organization, who wants to use Goalify Professional to empower your team.
  • You are an IT manager in a bigger organization, responsible for purchasing and managing IT related resources.

Can I make changes to my subscription level?

Yes, we would never want you to pay for features or licenses you do not need. This is why you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription to a different pricing level at any time. We will even try to prorate most charges.

Can I purchase additional licenses?

Yes, depending on the plan you purchased you can add additional licenses for coaches and teams. You can cancel each additional license when its no longer needed.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, we firmly believe you should only pay for and use software that is truly valuable to you. Canceling your subscription is as easy as clicking a link.

Is my billing data secure?

We strongly believe in data security, especially when it comes to billing information. That is why we have outsourced our billing to paddle.com, a global payment processor with years of experience. All billing data is stored by paddle.com and will not be shared.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We currently support payment via credit card, PayPal and ApplePay.
